Ingrid Yi-Chen Lu 陸 宜 辰


(b. 2000, Taipei, Taiwan) is an artist based in Brooklyn, NY.

Her painting practice makes space for art and life by exploring material processes, diary writing, and collecting habits. Personal growth, childhood, and mapping are common themes in her work. She works with formal painting materials like oil, acrylic, and graphite and experimental objects like sequins, ribbon, paper, and clay.

Her work has recently been included in White Columns, New York; National Arts Club, New York; LATITUDE Gallery, New York; TUTU Gallery, New York, and Field of Play Gallery, New York.

She is an MFA candidate at Pratt Institute and received her BFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in 2023.
